"infinitE" - An informational infrastructure for the ‚E-Science Age’On the way to ‚ Remote Data Access' - Improvement of the offers of controlled remote access through data structure files and automated result control
The project deals with the improvement of the access to micro data provided by the State Statistical Offices in Germany. It aims to contribute to the establishment of automated remote data access through data structure files and automatic output checking procedures. A situation is striven for where scientists are able to use the micro data from their own workplace, 24 h a day, 7 days a week. The work of the IAW-project team is primarily devoted to the development of the methodical aspects of the automated remote data access.
