Evaluation of the Integration and Activation Guidelines within the European Social Fund (ESF) in the Free State of Thuringia in the programming period 2014 to 2020
This research project evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the Integration and Activation Guidelines of the ESF in the Free State of Thuringia. The evaluation consists of three parts, with a focus on a quantitative impact study. In addition, a qualitative implementation study as well as an analysis on the differentiation of the funding from the federal funding and the target groups will be carried out.
The counterfactual impact analysis refers exclusively to the Integration Guideline. The goal of the Integration Guideline is to restore, maintain and improve employability. Among others, individual integration support was provided to promote the stability of new employment.
