Baden-Württemberg training alliance focusses on more intensive vocational orientation.

The ‘Alliance to strengthen vocational training and the next generation of skilled workers 2023 to 2027’ was signed by the state government, industry, trade unions, the Federal Employment Agency and municipal state associations on 4 May 2023. With this work programme, the alliance partners have set themselves the goal of attracting more young people to vocational training overall, enabling more direct transitions from school to vocational training and, if necessary, providing young people and companies with the best possible support before and during training.
