Meta-Analysis: Companies' adaptation strategies to the Covid-19 pandemic

The aim of the project was to obtain information on company adaptation measures and the situation of employees during the Covid-19 pandemic in Germany by taking stock, evaluating and meta-analyzing existing surveys and studies. The project looked at the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the entirety of company transformation processes. The consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic were also placed in the context of longer-term structural developments.
