Survey of the Regulatory Control Council of Baden-Württemberg with chambers and associations

The IAW has supported the Regulatory Control Council of the state Baden-Württemberg in identifying bureaucracy burdens and proposing ways to improve and simplify administrative practices. To this end, interviews were conducted with experts from chambers and associations and, together with existing findings, condensed into concrete regulatory proposals. The focus was on the law of the federal state Baden-Württemberg and administrative procedures.
